By accessing or using Signal's website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

These Terms apply to visitors, business teams onboarding through Signal, startup or vendor teams participating in ecosystem workflows, and any organization running pilots or procurement evaluation with Signal.

Signal is designed as a workflow-backed platform for evaluating AI operations readiness and partner fit. Core onboarding for businesses may be offered at no cost while paid offerings can apply to premium workflows, extended support, pilot management, or enterprise services.

Signal may surface startup or vendor matches, integration guidance, and trust-layer style outputs. Matching visibility, prioritization, and eligibility may change as the product evolves.

You may use Signal only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to interfere with platform operation, probe for unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape protected content at scale, or use Signal to violate another party's rights.

You are responsible for information and materials submitted through forms, chats, and application flows, and for ensuring you have rights to share that information.

All content, branding, designs, software, and platform workflows associated with Signal are owned by Signal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Signal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your internal business evaluation and procurement activities. Except as expressly permitted in writing, the services may not be copied, modified, distributed, resold, or reverse engineered.

Signal may link to or integrate with third-party tools, including scheduling providers, analytics, communications tools, and startup/vendor sites. Signal is not responsible for third-party content, uptime, or privacy and security practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' terms and policies. You are responsible for assessing vendor suitability before adoption or purchase.

Signal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Signal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Signal's trust-layer and workflow outputs are informational and operational in nature and do not constitute legal advice, audit opinions, security certification, or SOC 2 attestation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Signal's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Signal for the applicable service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Signal may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including changes to onboarding paths, startup visibility, and enterprise pilot workflows.

Signal may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Signal may revise these Terms to reflect product, legal, or business model changes. The updated date at the top indicates when revisions took effect.

Continued use of Signal after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
